Goa: Public prosecutors to be educated in courtroom procedures

PANAJI: The directorate of prosecution has organised a five-day coaching programme for newly-appointed assistant public prosecutors to allow them to effectively conduct felony trials and lead proof in courts.
The coaching can be for the 2016 batch onwards by way of the Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Growth (GIPARD), Ella’s Farm, Outdated Goa.
This programme will prepare prosecutors on numerous elements of felony regulation and courtroom procedures.
